Design Jam Challenge: Brownville in Mount Dennis
In partnership with Elysium Investments, this year’s Design Jam challenge was focused on shaping a brand-new community space in Mount Dennis!
Elysium Investments is developing a two-tower rental community designed for families, commuters, and local residents who want to live in a vibrant, connected neighborhood. But a great city isn’t just about buildings—it’s about the public spaces that bring people together. Right in the heart of the project is a Privately-Owned Public Space (POPS)—an outdoor park-like plaza designed to be open, welcoming, and full of life.
Participants at the 1UP Conference got the chance to contribute their ideas to shape the POPS—and they blew us away with their creative and thoughtful designs!
